Going on 5 days clean off oxy , legally supplied past 4 years . Have been watching Ryan’s videos n reading his material . I’ve reached out to him for support and questions , he responded immediately , to a stranger in a diff time zone . He honestly cares and is the only person I opened up? to about my addiction . He’s been there and done that and can help . my withdrawals and detox are bad and come in waves . My 2nd time at it and the last . Thank you Ryan .

Everyone is different. I don’t get cravings as often as I did in the beginning of my recovery but every so often when I do I think about when I was going through withdrawals the last time. The pure hell I was facing physically but much more mentally. The fear of the mess I had created, (pending felonies, ruined friendships, making my life an overall disaster.) ? Channel those feelings you get. That same drive to get the drug, put it into something positive and kick your days ass.

Great video! Best I’ve seen through these fish eyed lensed detoxing eyeballs I’m looking through. Love the illustration of “you can go this way or that way” to elaborate I’d say each day is going up a rung on a? ladder and you’re wanting to get to the other side of that wall. Once you’re up there you can go back down and stay on that side or keep going and jump that wall.

you dont get addicted off just a few occasions man. Addictive personalities play a role in most drug pharmacopoeia, but iv found that you dont have to have any genetic predisposition to get addicted to oxycotin, morphin, or heroin. Once your in, your either neck deep or shoulder deep or? chin deep, so its irrelevant. I advise that you stay away from it, though i know like myself you probably wont take heed to my warning.

Please help me. I cant remember what feeling normal feels like, but i feel like its not as good as with oxy, but oxy is giving me hell at the same time. My parents think iv stopped, but iv just gotten a job that really helps me support the habit, so im high every moment of the day. Does feeling normal really feel good? i know it sounds stupid, but thats whats really holding me back. can i take? a run and feel happy when im clean? can i do the normal things and get any happiness when clean??

i kicked suboxone while on a few month vacation with my girlfriend. after 2 years of oxy abuse and 1 year of suboxone. it always took me 3-5 days? to kick oxy and start to feel better..

well with suboxone its a different beast. IMO Sub is not as hard of withdrawal. not as bad restless legs stomach cold sweets no sleep. the normal side effects of kicking. But..
instead of 3-5 days try 10-20 days i finally started to feel better after day 5 i felt like the withdrawals really started..

I know of people who have waited till long weekends. Maybe you can quit Thursday night, have a rough work day Friday and take? off the following Monday. You can kick the weekend and try to get yourself physically back together for Tuesday. Feel free to hit me up 732-330-8366 text or call. You can also email me at Ryan@FreeFromHell. com

I just want to say I think it’s pretty amazing to put yourself out there to complete strangers. I am currently trying to taper down and it’s tough, but I? can’t just go cold turkey. I am down to about 9 a day which is a huge jump for me. The problem is I still have to work so I have to time it just right. Maybe take a sick day or 2, but without me my company will hurt. I am a 1 man band in a small company. Any advice would be appreciated!

“Look at how you’re living, everybody is mad at you. You’re physically ill all the time. You feel bad about yourself and you’re fighting to continue living like that. That’s addiction in a nutshell” – Bob Forrest. It such a great quote and rings very true.?
