Older fantasy novels are much better than anything tailored to young girls today.

get Daughter of the Empire, its the first part of a trilogy, and is a great read.

Okay there are plenty. There is Daniel X by James Patterson, very easy read with short chapters and a non-confusing plot. But it’s still in that sci-fi thriller category.

Another one would be the Inkheart series by Cornelia Funk, long though! Again the series deals with creatures like dragons and such. All the books in the series: Inkheart, Inkspell, and Inkdeath. Hope it helps and happy reading!

Do you have any non-fantasy interests? I’d say fantasy is about covered with vampires, so harry potter and other such books, I’d skip and go to something a little more realistic. If you’re at least 13, then you’re really old enough to take on books that aren’t necessarily “for teens”. Why don’t you go to the bookstore and browse the different topics and see what jumps out at you? When I was around 11 I got interested in true crime non-fiction books. I know this isn’t for everyone, but my point is, there is a lot out there, so just see what catches your eye, and don’t limit yourself to kiddie sections. If you’ve made it to at least middle school, adult books are fine, as long as the topics they cover are appropriate and permitted by your parents.

Its not crazy at all! It’s human nature.. This video was created over a
year ago, and I have learned SO much more since then. One thing I have
realized along my spiritual journey is that whenever you crave ANYTHING,
whether it be food, alcohol, something to smoke, affection… it’s because
you are looking OUTside to fill up your INside. It is NOT POSSIBLE. The
sooner we come to that awareness, the sooner we can start filling our voids
    with the proper nutrient.. LOVE.

I’m actually a little addicted to soda which is really bad, so this

thanx for that ! I have read the book but havent thought about trying to be
present … for some obscure reason…..when my addictive nature rears it
head. I think this will help me a lot as a lot of my friends and even
family are addicts and sometimes I just wish I could indulge with them and
end up feeling deprived, which is kinda crazy thinking. so thanx 🙂
