the background. lol But on a serious note. Your tips are really great. I
eat at night, but I think it’s because I am up all night. I sleep all day
so when I get up around 3pm, I get hungry in a few hours. I really like
your way of speaking. It’s calming and reassuring. You would be a great

Good thing I found Roca Labs because it was the tool that helped me a lot
with regards to my food addiction last year. I’m still struggling on it
especially trigger foods but I’m trying my best too avoid them. I’m now
eating in portions and gradually losing weight because of my motivation, my
weight loss program. It is helping me so I’m pretty sure it will help
others as well.
