My mum is having suicidal fits, My dad is of no help and my brother (30years old) still lives with us and has a drug addiction and is very violent. In this house, I’m 18 years old and the only sane one, along with my two younger sisters (13&15 years old) Its kinda urgent.

First know their behavior is not your fault nor can you control what they think or do. You need to keep yourself and your siblings safe if possible. Take care.
