Question by BusinessFreak: How to file a case against a large group of people?
I live in Bangladesh. I know a group which is quite famous for road rage, reckless driving, hooliganism, bullying, mobbing, alcohol and drug abuse, as well as street-fighting. How do I enable society to punish these wrong-doers and provide justice. Pleas note that our country has laws, but they are not well regulated, and I need to be anonymous.

You can’t sue someone anonymously. What you can do is gather evidence. Take photographs, keep newspaper articles, etc. and make them available to anyone who needs them. You will NOT remain anonymous.
This is what you need to do. Get a suit. Armor plated. Then you need to spray it black. You will also need a black cape, and cowl mask. Then you will need a fast, jet engined car, and a belt full of utilities. Work out! At least two hours a day. After a while the local police might contact you via a giant bat lamp….don’t be alarmed by this; its what is supposed to happen.
You will also need an English butler, and a mansion…..but you can always get these later.
