Question by mujerloca2002: Is it legal to be drug tested when you havent even been sentenced yet? Nebraska law?
Is it legal in Nebraska to be randomly drug tested before a person is even sentenced? Sentencing is more than a month away. My friend isn’t even on probation yet. Yet she was called in for a random drug test. Is that legal???

Yes. Tell your friend to stop using illegal drugs. Only idiots use illegal drugs.
