Prescription Drugs?
Question by flin_toba: Prescription Drugs?
I am wondering if there is anything out there that would help me. I cant sleep at night, I cant wake up in the morning, I dont have any energy throughtout the day, I have so many stresses that i just let eat at me. And I just want something that would help me out with this until I can do it on my own. I dont want something that would make me feel “high” either. I do not take any drugs right now, prescription or recreational. I just am looking for some names so I can research them before i go to the doctors. Thanks.

First of all I know this is long – if you want to skip the narrative and the message, scroll down to the list. Even that is long because often these treatments are interlinked.
Rehab or Substance Abuse Program?
Question by Angel Stokes: Rehab or Substance abuse program?
I don’t know anything about either. But my husband is a felon, and on probation. He apparently has been doing stuff lately. He is being accused of stealing. Don’t know if he did, or not…
He wants rehab… He wants to be done with this. He’s done great for so long (I think peer pressure has a lot to do with it) Because he has been clean for 2 years…
I don’t know if how this will go, but it doesn’t look good. My husband truly is a good guy, he’s been taking crunchbars lately, and he doesn’t remember anything… He’s just got a bad problem.

do you mean Methcathinone?
Methcathinone was first synthesized in 1928.
It was used in the Soviet Union during the 1930s and 1940s as an anti-depressant.
Methcathinone was patented in the USA in 1957 as a possible alternative to methamphetamine…aka ‘meth’.
After completing animal research the company dropped te development of methcathinone because of its high potential for addiction and severe side effects.
HELP! I Have Kallmann Syndrome and Where Can I Find a Good Doctor?
Question by um….: HELP! I have Kallmann Syndrome and where can I find a good doctor?
I am 22 years old male who has Kallmann Syndrome, a very rare genetic disorder. I have experienced 3 very bad endocrinologists who knew little of my condition or the side effects of the drug they prescribe to me.
For example, the other day I was with my PRIMARY CARE doctor and was going to make another referral, and she asked me if I did any cholesterol tests because people taking testosterone will have higher cholesterol level. Guess what? This is the first time I ever heard of it. Nor did any of them order a test for me.
Also, my mother is studying for medical school (another specialty) and she was reading her book (the general knowledge book that all doctors have to learn) and the book says testosterone has multiple side effects. It didn’t say if you take too much, it is going to have side effects; it says this will have side effects. Guess what these “specialist” say? No, this is perfectly safe. I will be fine with the answer that these side effects are minimum, but their answers show that they knew nothing!!!
So, I am tired of getting bad doctors so can you tell me where/how can I find a good doctor who knew what he/she is doing?
