Question by Corey Z: Can I file and be accepted for unemployment insurance after failing a pre employment drug screen? (Nebraska)?
I know I was eligible here in October to file after talking with the state office, however I got a job but I didn’t take the pre employment drug screen before I physically started work at a place, then failed it. I don’t use, but, can this stop me from getting unemployment insurance now? Nebraska is the state I am filing in. I worked there for 2 and a half days, and said I was “Terminated”.    Read more...
