Businesses generally can’t hire anyone under 16 unless it’s a family member in a family business.
Ask your guidance counselor, as you would probably need to get a “permit” from him/her anyway.
You’ll likely have to settle for babysitting, running errands, dog-walking, yard work, etc. in your neighborhood.

Check at city hall. Many cities issue work permits to 14 year olds. Also consider starting your own business or service activity like yard work and such. Are there items you can sell, not drugs that can end up being a real drag? Housework, I am a male but as a kid I also hired myself out to do the housework others didn’t want to do like windows and floors. For the future can you plant a garden to give you food to sell in season? Snow is coming, get out the shovels. Got a skill like photography or such? Can you repair stuff? One’s youngest dreams are often the truest . What did you want to do a few years ago that is still sticking in your mind and desires?
There are lots of older people that could use some good, HONEST, help.
