Nature created the great white shark, the orca, the ebola virus, dinosaurs (t-rex) and lions. All these agents are great killers.
The Aids virus is way out of reach of even our current science.
Yes some White people are clever but not that clever. There is a saying, “Nothing is new under the Sun”. What you think is new is most likely quite old.
However, I do believe white men were involved in giving Aids contaminated vaccines to people in Africa intentionally. There is clear evidence for that.
But they also gave pox infected blankets to American Natives duing revoltionary times. And syphillis to men in Tuskegee. All War is bad sometimes it is done for a good purpose.
Blue T you are correct treament was held from them they were not given syphilis. My bad it is still early in the west coast.

I basically agree with you that HIV/AIDS is naturally occurring, but on Tuskegee, the black men had contracted syphilis elsewhere. It was not given to them. What was done was that some were not given modern treatment with antibiotics when they became available and their position was worsened by their not being told what they had. It is still really bad, but it is not at National Socialist or Communist levels of evil.
I’m not so concerned about the creation or birth of diseases or viruses as I am about the research to end them. FYI, I’m a caucasian man and am willing to help my fellow brother or sister out no matter the race.
I’ve heard the African story. The bottom line is that things have been done to ALL americans by the government. (Remember testing nukes in the desert in the 1950s? Troops standing out in the open to be exposed to radiation? Yikes!) The AIDS theory in the US that Wright pushes is likely paranoia, but the best way to combat that is to solve problems that lead to distrust in the black community. Whichever party comes up with that approach will stay in power for 50 years.

First of all it is who thinks, not things (proof read your material or no one with any brains will consider your question worth reading. A few years ago man engineered the polio virus which is one of the more simple viruses. That very act in my opinion was madness. Remember what Jeff Goldblum said in Jurassic Park: (You were so preoccupied with whether you could or not you didn’t stop to think whether you should or not) But man just started messing with genetics and so far they can’t figure out how to make viruses discriminate. The reality of the situation is Africa is a poor country and the world doesn’t really care because there is no profit margin for them. But to spout off like Rev. Wright did is ridiculous and statements like that cause division not teamwork like this country desperately needs.

White people are NOT always the villain, and black people are NOT always the victim. Stand up and shake that big chip off your shoulder, then maybe we can all get along.
AIDS is a virus that has been around in some form for quite some time I do not believe any race of people created this virus that assertion is dumb.
However one premise of that arguement that hasn’t been examined is the history of one race using viruses to infect another group or population.
For example how american settlers intentionally infected native americans with small pox. The Tuskegee project and the use of Agent Orange against the vietnamese. These examples did not always occur in times of war. This is Germ warfar it serves no other purpose than death.
Futhermore deals between our government and other agencies are still being made apparent such as the CIA connection with the Nicaraguan Contra army in the early 1980s. ( Rememeber the Iran-Contra hearings although they only dealt with arms dealing not the drugs)

This CIA-backed drug network opened the first pipeline between Columbia’s cocaine cartels and the Black neighborhoods of Compton and Los Angeles, according to the Mercury News.
The end result was the destabilization of not one community but several and the femilization of drugs and the further deteriation of black families but this was OK because they were poor and black.
I do not believe that the government created AIDS, I question whether they have anything to do with the fact that it is now ravaging the black community. We all know how the disease is transmitted and many within the AA community are not taking acountability.
With that said based on this countries history I would not put it past the government either and since government is representative these persons are not always WHITE.
BTW: Many of the men in the Tuskegee project contracted syphillis after a cure had been discovered in 1947 and were prevented through deceptive medical practices from obtaining the cure the project started in 1932 and lasted until 1972. This was done so that the progression of the disease could be tracked.
In the end Dr. John R. Heller stated “we learned sysphillis is not that bad of a disease”. Although they knew untreated syphilis frequently led to a chronic, painful and fatal multisystem disease.
Dr. John R. Heller led the program for many of the program’s later years, including the period coinciding with otherwise routine successful treatment with penicillin for syphilis, and when the Nuremberg Code was formulated (to protect the rights of research subjects becaus eof concentration camps). In 1966 Peter Buxtun, a PHS venereal-disease investigator in San Francisco, sent a letter to the director of the Division of Venereal Diseases to express his concerns about the morality of the experiment. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reaffirmed the need to continue the study until completion (until all subjects had died and had been autopsied). The study was brought to public attention and a forced end in 1972. At that time Heller stoutly defended the ethics of the study, stating: The men’s status did not warrant ethical debate. They were subjects, not patients; clinical material, not sick people.
By the forced end of the study, only 74 (less than 20%) of the 399 test subjects were still alive. Twenty-eight or 7% of the men had died directly of syphilis, 100 (one-fourth) were dead of related complications, 40 or 10% of their wives had been infected, and 19 or 5% of their children had been born with congenital syphilis. This was done by the US Public Health Services. No they did not infect these men but they withheld a cure and did not protect the public.
The Tuskegee Syphilis Study injured the level of trust in the black community towards public health efforts in the United States.
Reverend Jeremiah Wright, in a press conference on March 28th, 2008, was asked by the moderator if he honestly believed the U.S. government had “lied about inventing HIV as a means of genocide against people of color.” Wright responded in support of the hypothesis by mentioning Leonard Horowitz’s book, Emerging Viruses, and citing the Tuskegee Syphilis Study in support his belief that the U.S. government “is capable of doing anything.”
